Hi there!
I'm Paula, founder of STRONGHER, fitness professional and certified strength coach and personal trainer from Spain living and working in Zurich.
Experience has shown me the struggles that women have with their bodies often related to a bad relationship with food or exercise.
My mission is to educate women to exercise and accept their bodies by implementing fitness and healthy habits in a sustainable way. I truly believe in the benefits of strength training and the impact of lifting weights in a woman's life.
I'll help you to understand there's not a unique strategy in fitness and everyone has different needs. Following a holistic evidence-based training program I will lead you through the different workouts that will make you STRONGHER.​​

Hi there!
I'm Ana, coach at STRONGHER and high-performance athlete (sprinter) born in Spain and based in Zurich.
​
I joined STRONGHER in August 2024 because I felt very inspired by its mission and values, and I wanted to pursue my goal of contributing to a healthier and more active society.
​
One of my favourite quotes is that "You have time for what you make time for in life": It's all about priorities, and I am an advocate for putting physical exercise very high on our priority list.
​
Combining high performance level in sports with other life projects and hobbies requires a great deal of discipline, a positive and passionate mindset and a
can-do attitude, which are qualities that I bring into coaching.
​
I am getting certified as a Strength Functional Coach (CSFC) and have 12 years of experience in strength training as an athlete. I am currently being coached by some of the best Swiss coaches in sprint and strength training, which allows me to keep growing as an athlete and trainer myself.
So here's to lifting weights, feeling confident in your body, eating wisely, empowering women and, most of all, enjoying life.
