LEVEL 1: WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER

Not familiar with strength training? Learn to perform the fundamental basic movements while you work on your mobility to stop feeling stiff and to feel good in your body again.

 

LEVEL 2: GET STRONGHER

Stop "toning" your body. SCULPT it. Build strength and beat your own personal best in every session.

 

LEVEL 3: PUSH FURTHER

Keep pushing yourself harder. Train hard, eat well and enjoy your fittest self!

HOW TO KNOW YOUR LEVEL AND START IN A GROUP

Get your STARTER PACK to schedule your first individual training sessions, where your individual needs will be assessed and considered. If you are a complete beginner, have any musculoskeletal or health related issues, I would recommend some personal training sessions before joining a group.

 

LEVEL 1 (beginners):

- You've never done proper weight lifting in a gym.

- You are not familiar with performing big compound exercises as: squats, deadlifts, rows, presses...

LEVEL 2 & 3 (intermediate, advanced):

- You have done proper weight lifting in a gym before but you want to improve your technique, be more confident or make progress with your lifts.

- You've attended >8 STRONGHER classes, so you are familiar with lifting weights.

​

TO START IN A GROUP you can bring your own group of 3 women or apply to get your spot!
