HOW TO START IN A GROUP
Get in touch to schedule your first intro session—either in-person or online—where we’ll assess your individual needs and goals. If you’re a complete beginner, we’ll evaluate any musculoskeletal or health-related concerns and determine whether personal training sessions are recommended before joining a group.

What do you think your fitness level is?

Beginner:
- You've never done proper weight lifting in a gym.
- You are not familiar with performing big compound exercises as: squats, deadlifts, rows, presses...

Intermediate, advanced:
- You have done proper weight lifting in a gym, strength training or crossfit before but you want to improve your technique, be more confident and/or make progress with your lifts.
- You've attended >8 STRONGHER classes, so you are familiar with lifting weights.
