TERMS & CONDITIONS

All STRONGHER services are subject to these Terms & Conditions. The training programs and classes solely serve the purpose of health and physical performance improvement. They are not medical therapies. The customer is aware that changes to terms and conditions can occur at any time. These changes will be communicated in an appropriate form. 


INSURANCE COVERAGE, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

During the exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress, the chance of musculoskeletal injuries or any other involuntary accidents. In volunteering for this program, the client(s) agree to assume responsibility for all risks of injury, illness or death, including those which are not currently known to the trainer(s) and waive any possibility for personal damage. The client/s also agree that, to their knowledge, they have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program. By signing below, the client(s) accept full responsibility for their own health and assure to be healthy for sports/fitness AND acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the trainer(s) of the program.


If the client(s) start a program during or after pregnancy, it must be assured that the client(s) have conducted a control with the doctor and/or gynecologist and given the OK to train, both for the mother's own health and the health of the baby. The exercise programs and workouts will be designed accordingly and thoroughly for expectant and recent mothers and they might have inherent risks, the degree of which depends on the mother's individual health, condition and fitness. The client(s) is/are aware that there are contraindications to exercise during pregnancy (e.g. placenta praevia, regular bleeding, shortened cervix, among others) and after childbirth (e.g. pain, heavy bleeding, high degree of diastasis recti, among others) that limit the exercises, their intensity and type. Getting the permission from a doctor is a requirement before engaging in these trainings.


The client(s) will immediately inform the trainer of any illness or sudden changes in the state of health such as nausea, dizziness, pain, palpitations or similar during the training and, if necessary, stop the training. This applies also for the pregnant women in case their situation of pregnancy changes and is not able to further conduct the programs.


PACKS AND PRICES

Each pack has an expiration date. Unused hours are non refundable and expire as follows: 10 PACK within 3 months, 20 PACK within 6 months, 30 PACK within 9 months, 50 PACK within 12 months from the 1st TRAINING DAY.

The STARTER PACK is limited to 1 purchase per person.

ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

​

The sessions have an approximate duration of 55min (except for previously indicated 45min trainings).


The client(s) and trainer(s) will both agree the days and times for all the personal training sessions. 

​

Attendance to the group training session must be agreed between the participants and any change must be communicated to the trainer at least 24 hours before the session. If one member doesn't attend the hour will be lost and cannot be refund. A change in the time / day can be discussed within the group. When participants cannot attend to their assigned day/time for a reason out of their control they will be offered another time slot in the next 7 days. If no agreement can be reached with the trainer the session is forfeited.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the agreed training session to be rebooked. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the session will be charged to the client(s) and might not be rebooked at another time. If the trainer needs to cancel the agreed session, it will be rebooked at another time.

PAYMENTS

Payments are made by bank transfer

​

The client(s) will pay for the personal training product at least 24 hours before the first session.

​

The client(s) might be asked for a payment confirmation.

​

REFUNDS

​

Any purchased pack cannot be refund. 

​

In the event that clients are unable to use packs purchased (including but not limited to relocation, unwanted or unused sessions, illness, injury, 'act of god'/pandemic, accident) there is no entitlement to a refund. A gesture of goodwill may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the trainer's discretion only - this is not an entitlement.

In the event of such unforeseen events, the trainer(s) will decide on the further procedure, e.g. continuing online (with live sessions and/or videos).

​

By entering into any contracts with STRONGHER the client(s) confirms that they have carefully read and fully understood the "Terms and conditions" on this page.
